How should I list my volunteers that get paid in MYOB AccountRight?
Should I have them down as a employee?
They receive a payment each month and a bonus each quarter so they dont get a salary hence volunteer.

so not an employee - make them a supplier but make sure that you set them up as Not registered for GST

Are you paying tax on their behalf or super for them?
The nature of volunteering is that you don't get paid at all ( ain't love grand)
So is the payment and bonus reportable to the ATO basically.
How you should proceed depends on that really

So the monthly payments are only a small percentage of their internet and phone usage (technically a reimbursement) and the quarterly is a small honorarium type payment. Not a wage just a thanks for helping out.
Just dont know where or if I add them in the cards list.
