Cant Export To Excel from MYOB

I have just changed to a new laptop, everything is working in MYOB but then I wanted to export the file to excel, the below error show. I check the forum, they mention to repair or reinstall MYOB and office 365. I have done it all, but still save cant export to excel.

    Hi chungch , AccountRight can only export reports to a 32-bit version of Excel.
