Hi slf23,
Integration hiccups can be a real pain. If something’s gone off with your MYOB and the other app, the fastest way to sort it is to get in touch with the folks who run that app. Since this one’s with Retail Express, it’s a good idea to reach out to them and see what’s going on with that error.
