  • Hi Jasmine_Zoom

Thanks for your post and welcome here to the Community Forum. Thank you for confirming the exact error you are getting and thank you for providing some details of your concern. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Generally, import error 4065 is caused for items that have been inventoried at some stage but are no longer. In saying that, we do have a tool (script) that we can arrange to run over the company file that has helped other users with that import error.

I have checked the email address associated with your account, however, it's a different product serial number. So we can arrange for the script to be run, would you mind confirming the following information in a private message

    • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
    • What is the product serial number - Setup>>Company Information

Please let me know if you have any problems with this.

    Thanks for your reply,

I worked out that I needed to change my numbers to have four decimal places, and not just rounded but actually use a formula to replace the numbers with a four decimal number. It worked after that.
