importing sales invoices generated to fill in the sales Invoice entry in MYOB Account Right.
Many MYOB users have other systems generating primary transactions like quotes to customers, RFQ to suppliers, Invoices to customers etc. And MYOB also need to create invoices, issue PO to suppliers, issue quotes to customers, receive PO from customers, receive quotes from suppliers, delivery dockets from suppliers, time sheet from other systems with job wise employee, job no. hours worked etc.
Can each of the primary entry in myob be created from such pdf or excel files , like we import the data filled in from a supplier invoice uploaded. That will reduce the user hours for transaction entry in payroll, sales, purchase, quotes etc.
Please advise how this can be done in MYOB AR now, if not can this be an idea exchange for MYOB.
