Account Right - GST Reports different Online V desktop

I am wondering if someone is able to assist me with a query on GST reports in relation to why the desktop version of MYOB Account Right is appearing with different figures to what the same report I extract from MYOB Account Right online.
Please see attached.
The GST code total sales and purchases line it correct in both, but the GST FRE and N-T both total sales/purchases are both showing different amounts between the desk top version and the online version. Whilst the GST payable/collected is fine, by the totals appearing differently the total sales for the period is different.
We are currently still using the desktop version to rely on for GST reporting, because of this discrepancy. We would like to move over to relying on the online version but are not confident that the online version is showing the correct reflection of the total sales.
If anyone can explain why this might be happening it would be appreciated.

The difference you're noticing between the desktop and browser versions of the GST report comes down to how the data is grouped.
In the desktop version, GST reports are based on transaction types, which can sometimes affect how GST FRE and N-T totals appear.
In the browser version, we've made improvements so that the report is now based on account types. This change helps give a more accurate reflection of your financial activity, but it can result in the figures looking different from what you're used to.
We recommend seeking the advice of your accounting advisor to determine the accuracy of your figures.
