Account Right - GST Reports different Online V desktop

Hi, I am wondering if someone is able to assist me with a query on GST reports in relation to why the desktop version of MYOB Account Right is appearing with different figures to what the same repo...

    Hi RCbookkeeper,

     

    The difference you're noticing between the desktop and browser versions of the GST report comes down to how the data is grouped.

     

    In the desktop version, GST reports are based on transaction types, which can sometimes affect how GST FRE and N-T totals appear.

     

    In the browser version, we've made improvements so that the report is now based on account types. This change helps give a more accurate reflection of your financial activity, but it can result in the figures looking different from what you're used to.

     

    We recommend seeking the advice of your accounting advisor to determine the accuracy of your figures.
