Differences in Reporting Figures

Hi All,

We have discovered a difference in some reporting figures and need help please.

 

When we run a Sales Detail Report on a certain customer for say; this financial year and then run the history report from the customer's card file for the same period we get large differences.

 

We have tried running in a previous financial year and also get differences in our figures. Just to note this is not anything to do with GST.

 

Could somebody please help and advise why the history report is different to the sales detail report.

    Thank you for your post. As the first point of troubleshooting, we recommend clearing the cache files that the browser uses which can resolve some odd behaviour in reports: Clearing the AccountRight Cache.

     

    If after doing it still doesn't look right, could you please attach both in your reply or over Private Message, so I can investigate further?
