The balance sheet should be able to work in both the desktop and online version for MYOB AccountRight. Do you receive a particular error message when trying to open it in the desktop?
If you do experience an issue opening your balance sheet in the desktop version in future, I'd recommend clearing your AccountRight cache first.
If you receive a 'Somethings gone wrong and AccountRight needs to shut' error, please click 'View error details' on the bottom left. You can reach out to the team with your error details and we can help resolve it.
