So far, there haven’t been any reported incident with the report failing to load or generate properly. I’ve given it a go on both the AccountRight desktop and browser versions, and the Customer Sales Detail report displayed without any problems. You could try clearing your AccountRight cache or your browser cache – it often fixes those odd behaviours. Also, narrowing down the date range for the report could help speed things up.
