MYOB Account Transactions Accrual Report Double Up on Inventory Balance

Hi There,

We've just ran an Account Transactions Accrual report in MYOB for our inventory items and have noticed that the value of our stock has doubled up/showing twice in the report. Once when the item is 'received' in and then again when it has been converted to a 'bill'. Could you please confirm why this happens and how to fix?  We believe that due to this it is doubling the value of our inventory in our balance sheet for these particular items. Please note that when we run a general ledger report on this account the credits & debits balance.
