MYOB in Excel

yet again this plug in is not working in Excel - this is happening more and more often - can you please look into it all I get is a white page - I have been using this plug in sucessfully for over 1 year - it says this plug in could not be started

    Did you receive any error messages? If you could try using a different device to see if the same thing will happen. Lastly, kindly attach any relevant screenshot that may help us further assist you.
