MYOB Super slow and taking too long to load
MYOB has been super slow for the last week or so. Each action seems to take very long. Eg when you click on bills to enter a bill, it takes so long. Same with reports. From the reports if you want to look further into an individual invoice etc, it just keeps circling, sometimes timing out. Cannot get any work done. I have cleared the MYOB Cache so many times now. Right after clearing the cache it works but then again it goes back to the same thing again. This is a major disruption to the normal workflow of any business. It is not up to us to keep clearing cache etc. MYOB Subscriptions keep going up but the product or your cloud storage capacity is failing customers. I am looking into making a formal complaint to the ombudsmen.
