Reports Tab

Hey all,

 

I am having an issue which has been for 2 days now.

 

Everytime I click on reports, index to reports up the top & down the bottom my MYOB stopes running (Not Responding) and I have to Alt Ctrl Delete to close it down. Using Accountright V 2024.5.

    Hi becnemeth,

     

    Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum! I can see that it freezes when you are trying to access the reports tab. This can be fixed by clearing the cache of your Accountright by following the steps in this thread.

     

    Feel free to write a post if you need further assistance.
