Hi Rodaux,
I can see why that would make tracking invoices tricky. At the moment, the report you’re using mainly pulls through the transaction line details, so the Header Description usually won’t appear there. In MYOB, header-level fields like notes, memo, or header descriptions often need a different report type to show, if that field is available at all. A couple of options that may help:
- try a different sales report that includes header fields such as memo/notes or customer PO
- for future invoices, store that info in a more reportable field like Customer PO or a custom field instead of the header description
