Hi Umag,
Thanks for the screenshots, they’re super helpful. There are heaps of possible reasons for the “Failed to load report” error, and those images really help narrow it down.
I’ve run a fix script on your file, which should resolve the issue. If it still plays up, try these quick steps:
- Run the report over a shorter date range.
- Refresh the report by opening Report Settings and clicking Save.
- Verify whether your Chart of Accounts appears to be misconfigured.
- If needed, re-upload your accounts using Import/Export, which can help too.

Hi Sandy,
Mine is working now (for the moment, this is not the first time I had this issue and don't it would be the last time either). some of the suggestions above as absolute BS.
Run the report over a shorter date range - there is no date range for Unpaid bills/invoices reports they "as at"
Step 2 - does nothing
3. I have not touched my chart accounts in years, so why issues no
4. Not going to do that,
Clearing the MYOB cache sometimes helps.

When will this be rectified?

Hi SandyWW
I ran the same script on your file, it should resolve the error you’re seeing. The issue is file-specific rather than widespread, and these hiccups can happen for a few different reasons. If the script didn’t do the trick, just follow the steps I shared earlier.
