Generally speaking, on that exception message will be an Errors field – which will have an error code as well as more detail about the exception.
This error code and detail about the error should allow you to pinpoint the likely cause of the error and address it within your code. If you aren’t able to find the cause of the error, please submit the full API stacktrace through to our team by using Submit a request on our API Support site
