Encountered a communication error

We are getting the following errors after authenticating and choosing the company file.

Encountered a communication error (https://ar2.api.myob.com/accountright/802b8eef-d9b8-4cb7-9a18-f148257cfa6e/GeneralLedger/TaxCode/)
Encountered a communication error (https://ar2.api.myob.com/accountright/802b8eef-d9b8-4cb7-9a18-f148257cfa6e/GeneralLedger/Account/?$filter=DisplayID eq '4-1100')

The API team appear to have difficulty assisting. Can anyone help? We are more than happy to pay to have this resolved.

I can see there is still the open ticket in our system, please ensure the email you are using has access to the company file and Single sign-on has not been enabled -&nbsp;https://apisupport.myob.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001479716-Single-Sign-on-SSO-and-cftoken.&nbsp;
