Find my API Key / Secret

Hi All,

 

We have a third party app interface and just set up on a new machine. After install of the app we are asked for a developer key / secret. I cannot find this info on my my.myob account.

 

From the info I have read I should see a developer tab on my my.myob login. This does not exist.

 

Any ideas?

    Yes, this was resolved after contact with MYOB support. It appears that our Developer status on our my.MYOB profile was dropped by mistake and hence we lost visibility to the free tier developer key / secret.

     

    This was since re-activated and now visible on our profile.

    Matt, The Software vendor usually deals with that. Did you author the software?

      Thanks for the reply Jeremy. The app is called MYOBLiveInterface which allows a transaction interface between Strumis software (our management software) and MYOB. We will contact Strumis to see what they know.

       

      From what I remember when we first set this up in 2018 was that we had a developer key in my.MYOB to provide access to the database. Can't find this anymore.
