How to contact support to get additional Application Keys that work

Hi folks,
I am experiencing the problem referred to in the above post.
I have 2 customers using my integration in production in their day-to-day use.
I am in the process up upgrading my application to use better security around the handling of Access Tokens.
I am currently unable to test in my UAT environment due to this issue - hopefully both clients are able to their live data atm.
How do I contact support to have the additional Application Keys valid for about a week?
