Access my MYOB Account Right

I was doing a backup of my Account Right file when the system had some sort of "break" .  I exited and then tried to get back into my Myob account.  But i cannot access it because of this message which is preventing any access.   message is     "Backup in progress  -  The company file is currently backing up.  You can sign on once the backup is complete".  

How can I get back into my MYOB account ????  I have work to do on Monday and I dont know what to do.......

    Backups of online AR2023 files can take up to 60 mins to complete (depending on file size). If you interrupt the backup, you get locked out of the file on MYOB's end as the 'backup' never completes. You will need to contact MYOB first thing Monday morning and ask them to remove the 'backing up' indicator on their system. This should then allow you to access the file.

      Thank you so much Gavin.  I will contact MYOB on Monday.  Not sure what is the best way to contact them though, do you have an y suggestions??
