Access

I can't access myob. Says I don't have permission.  I do. I have been using it for years. Thank you

    Hi mynotthelen,

     

    That does sound a bit odd, especially if you've been cruising along with access for years. It might just be that your permissions were changed or reset somewhere along the way, so it's worth having a quick check with the file owner or admin to make sure your access is still all good on their end. If everything looks fine and it's still being stubborn, just jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and the team can dig into it properly and get it sorted for you.
