Thanks for your detailed post, and my apologies for the late response. The account owner or administrator can update MYOB account details by logging into the MYOB account and navigating to My Accounts >> Change Login. This process will prompt the user to enter their current password and specify a new login email. Upon entering the new email, both email addresses will be updated within our systems.
