Checking In

I keep  getting a message that my company file has been checked out. 

I have never seen this message before.

It is in read only until the file is checked in but I have no idea how to do this.

 

Help please!

    Hi JudiMCG,

     

    The message you're getting about your company file being checked out needs further investigation from our support team. They'll need to look into your account and check some details on our back end to see what might be causing the issue. You can reach them on live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or create a support ticket via MyAccount.
