Emails being sent as plain text
I have a Windows 2019 Standard Remote Desktop environment, with MS Office 2019 and Accountright Server 2022.9
Im not sure if its just since the last update, but more often than not any emails sent from myob are now going as plain text (not HTML) and are missing the normal signature etc. I think previously you'd see Outlook pop up or a window flash as myob was creating and sending the email, but we're not seeing that now.
I have tried reinstalling MYOB and checked the OS and MS Office are up to date, not sure what else to try or look for. MYOB support can you please advise?
