Hi there

I have recently started studying AR and faced a trouble in operating with Clearwater Premier trial company. Clicking 'Enter sales' on Sales Command Center or trying to create sales from Sales register, I got a pop-up 'Something has gone wrong, and Account Right needs to close' and then an error appears 'Code:  Unknown (0) Message:  (Unknown): ShowUIView(EnterSales,...,...).'

 

Please advise me on what to do with it

    Thank you for the urgent response

     

    I followed you instructions but never succeed. AccountRight Hotfix tool returned an error. I ignored it as it instructed, but there was no update action. I am going to submit a support case as you advised. This notice is for your consideration. Error pop-up is enclosed to this message.
