Upon reviewing your account with the email registered to the Community Forum, it appears that you are utilizing MYOB AccountRight Live Plus. This product grants you the privilege of having two company data files online, each priced at $136.00. The cloud/online entitlement is billed on a monthly basis, and as a part of the AccountRight Premier package, your monthly fee amounts to $272.00, and the other offline file is for free.

Thank you for the response. This is not mentioned on your website. MYOB always allowed multiple companies on the top packages. When did this change? What notification did MYOB send to customers? When was that notification sent? We used MYOB instead of Xero because it allowed multiple companies. MYOB is now more expensive than other software such as Xero. Should we wish to cancel when we move to another accounting software could you please provide me with a contact number and the process as you no longer provide phone support! I need to ensure that on cancellation MYOB does not continue to charge credit card.
