MYOB dual businesses under one subscription

Hi, I have a client whom has two separate entities, both under the same subscription. They have been able to invite us into one entity, however when they try to invite to the other it says that the email address already exists? I can only see one entity? How do they invite to get access to the other entity?

    Hi TanyaBennett,

    Thanks for sharing the details. That behavior's expected, an email address can only have one MYOB login, so when they try to re‑invite the same email on the second business it just says it already exists. The best thing to do is to reach out to our team for assistance, you can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
