Once again header totals incorrect after rolling forward the financial year

Every year my header account header totals are incorrect after rolling forward the financial year.  Every year I have to send in the myob file for repair.

 

I have tried the suggestion (again) of moving the items up and down to correct the problem.

 

Guys - you are providing an accounting system.   The least we could expect is that it can add up....

 

Do you have any new solutions for this or does the data file have to be repaired again.

 

What is the process for repairing an online file?

    Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. The first troubleshooting steps I would suggest would be to move the account up then down to refresh it (which you've already done).

     

    The other step which can resolve some odd behaviour is to clear the AccountRight Cache

     

    If neither of the above resolves the issue then you can reply with a screenshot and the last 4 digits of your serial number, so I can investigate further.
