Every time I attempt to set up a SMSF, the system tells me I have 'timed out' and need to log back in. It will not save the detaila. I am a 'creator'; director is 'administrator' for Pay Super

That does sound disruptive, especially when the details you’ve entered don’t get saved. No worries, I’ve got you.
Timeout errors usually pop up when AccountRight is trying to process more data than it can handle in the time it’s given. Using the timeout extender often fixes this, since it increases how long AccountRight will wait before throwing a timeout error. You can also check out this link for more info if it stops responding.
If you’re using a browser, timeouts can also happen when your computer’s time or time zone is set manually. In that case, make sure Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically are both turned on.
