Hi Arris,
Great question. In AccountRight the Invoice delivery setting lives on each customer card > Selling details, and there isn’t currently a system‑wide default that forces all new cards to start as “To be emailed” it still has to be set per card. If you’d like this to change in future, you can also submit it as a suggestion on our Product Ideas page, that way other users can vote on it and it might be included in a future update.
