Unit Pricing (Purchase & Sell)

Good Afternoon,

I am exploring what options there are in Account Right to house unit pricing. We currently only house Std Purchase price in MYOB. We are migrating to a new 3PL system (Carton Cloud) and this system is unable to hold any form of unit pricing.

We need MYOB if possible to hold standard and promotional purchase (buy) pricing, standard and promotional sell pricing for a promotional period across 5 customers and across 5,000 products

What options are available in Account Right or any integration platforms or possibly some programming to provide a solution?

Many Thanks,

James

    Hi JamesK1,

    Thanks for sharing the details.

In AccountRight you can store a standard purchase cost, last purchase price, a base selling price and up to A–F price levels per item. Many businesses keep their everyday and sale prices in those price levels and use import/export when a sale period starts or ends. You can see how to set up custom price levels here:

AccountRight doesn’t automatically manage a full, date‑based pricing matrix (5 customers × 5,000 items, standard vs buy & sell). That pricing logic would still need to sit with CartonCloud or your integration provider and feed the final prices into AccountRight.

    Regards,
    Earl
