Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community Forum.
Apologies for the delayed response. I understand how important it is that we correct the opening balance. The process of doing this would depend on what product we are using. If we are using MYOB Business we can follow this help article Entering opening balances and if we are using AccountRight we could go to Setup > Balances > Account Opening Balances to edit the values.
