Switch to PAYG Monthly

Hi,

 

How do I switch to monthly PAYG in our reporting?

The button I need to click is greyed out and I cannot access it.

How do I ungrey it?

 

We have been monthly PAYG for a while, but when I run a GST report for the quarter it is picking up 3 months not just the last month.

Not sure why it has changed and why I cannot click the button to change it back.

    Hi,

     

    I ran the report again and this time that button was ungreyed so that I could change to Monthly PAYG

    Have no idea what I did to change it, but just running with it now.
