bank feed dicrepancy

Hi All. I tried following the instructions on checking the bank discrepancy. I just ended up with a report which is all reconciled with no discrepancy. However:

Bank account
 
Last reconciled29/08/2022
Bank feed balance

$21,300.33

Calculated balance

$20,358.67

Unallocated transactions

0

This discrepancy has changed radically over a period of days. I can't work out what is going on.

    Hi

    i suggest that you go into your reconcile sccounts screen and see if there are any transactions in there that aren't ticked

     

    there may be duplicate entries which need to be deleted perhaps 

     

    if you can't see an anomaly then I further suggest that you print out your bank statement and manually verify the transactions
