Thanks for all the info you’ve shared about your bank feeds. Cancelling a bank feed will stop new transactions from coming through, but it won’t automatically remove anything that’s already been imported. You can use the filters at the top of the Bank transactions page to only show what you need, like Uncategorised transactions or those within a specific date range.
If you’d like to completely remove the transactions from a bank account you’re no longer using, and then reactivate the second bank account, you’ll need to get in touch with our team. Also, we can only delete unallocated or unmatched transactions and can only remove full-day batches, not individual transactions.
