Bank Feeds

Hi Team,

 

Help please ...

 

I wanted to add another bank account to my MYOB bank lists and I did all the steps correctly, but the result was I can see the bank BSB number & account number in my bank feeds but not the name, also I can't see it in my bank list in the dashboard.

    Hi MayRahim 

     

    Thank you for the information and the screenshot, it's very helpful.

     

    The Account Name field is based on the information supplied by the bank, in your case, the name wasn't provided by the bank hence the current name. Meanwhile, he top line in the screenshot indicates that linked account can only be set up when the application process has been completed and only after the first bank feed has arrived. Have you already received an email notifying that bank feeds are ready for this account? If so, has there been any activities on this account since then?

    Yes, I received a confirmation email on the 1st of December but there wasnt any new transactions in the bank after that date. I will do some testing transaction and will let you know the update later.
