With 365 day banking now in place (at least in NZ) can you confirm that bank feeds will be processd on a daily basis

    Hi FIFO,

    Thank you for your post.

Bank feeds are updated, depending on your bank. Depending on how frequently your bank updates your feed, our general rule for bank feeds are always a day behind, in the sense that each day's transactions are put into the next eligible day's bank feed. So, for example, transactions that happen on Wednesday would be expected to flow through on Thursday's bank feeds. If the transactions happen over the weekend, as these feeds are loaded by the bank, they don't get loaded on Monday, which means that they will flow through with Monday's transactions on Tuesday's bank feeds.

You may also refer to this link for a list of supported banks and their feed frequencies.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance with this. I'd be more than happy to help.

    Cheers,

    Princess

      Hi FIFO,

      Thank you for your response.

Our MYOB bank feeds standard practice is to set them to a daily frequency to ensure that you've access to the most up-to-date transaction data as promptly as possible. Most financial institutions are daily, which means bank transactions processed today will be loaded on the next eligible days, not including weekends in your bank feeds. However, this really depends on the bank and how often they load your bank feeds. It's important to note that the actual availability of the bank feed data can sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including the policies and processes of the financial institutions involved.

I hope this clarifies how it works. If you have any specific concerns, please feel free to create a new post again, and I'm happy to assist you.

      Cheers,

      Princess
