We appreciate you expressing your concern to us. The Reconcile window is designed to showcase any transaction that has gone to that selected account that is dated on or before the Statement Date entered is not already reconciled.
If you are not seeing a transaction that should be listed that window, we would recommend going to Banking >> Find Transaction >> Debits and Credits and locating that transaction using the filters. Do ensure that the transaction has the appropriate date and account you are trying to reconcile.
Should that information be correct, we would be running the Account Transaction report for that account and period. You then need to select the Customized tab before searching the Reconciled date column to display. Does the transaction have a reconciliation date? If so, that transaction has already been reconciled and the date is the reconciliation date of that transaction.
If you are finding that the transaction has the correct dates, accounts and is not already reconciled we would love to investigate further. We would need to get a screenshot of the transaction, the one of the Reconcile accounts window where it is not appearing and that transaction in that Account Transactions report with the reconciled date column added.
