Bank Transaction screen

The MYOB Bank Transactions screen has changed on my computer.

 

Allocating bank transactions has become a real pain as I can only see one transaction at a time in a panel at the bottom of my screen. Also, which one do I choose, top or bottom “Allocate Me” I’ve got a 50/50 chance of allocating to the wrong transaction. I also have to type out nearly the whole description of the transaction to allocate to the correct code. This all makes it a chore and a lot longer to do GST.

 

With the original system I could see a complete list of transactions and only type the first couple of letters to get the code to show. All so easy and quick.

 

Am doing something wrong or has MYOB fixed something that wasn’t broken. Can it be changed back to the way it was?

    • There nothing in the Help section that answers my question. I know how to allocate transactions . It is the layout display on the screen that is the problem . Please read my original message. Email me and give me an email address that I can reply to.

        Hi, HHDesign just to clarify this concern. Are you having a hard time with the dashboard that you have on your end because it is not allowing you to check the whole description of the whole transaction? Can you please attach a screenshot of this so that we are on the same page? Thank you.

  • Did you get any positive feedback on this?  As I have the same issue absolute pain in the ass.

      Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and history or try logging in from a different browser.
