Duplicate transactions

Can someone please advise when on the dashboard under unallocated transactions when you press for that screen the transaction have been duplicated? This is a constant problem even though there have been no manual input regarding these transaction. How do you syop these duplications?

    I too had this problem. So i cancelled the bank feeds and now do everything manually.

      Hi Thanks for your post. Apologies for the delayed response.

       

      Generally, when you import bank statements and when you allocate a bank feed transaction instead of matching it to an existing transaction causing duplicate transactions.
