Duplicated bank feeds

We have been getting duplicated bank feeds. There doesn't seem to be a pattern of it. It happened in different bank accounts and different company profiles. We would only be able to identify them when bank reconciliations are done. Why does this happen and how to prevent it?

    Hi ckwy,

     

    If you have duplicate bank feed transactions, our bank feeds team can help remove them. You'll need a support agent to create a support ticket for you. I recommend reaching out via MYOB Account or live chat through MYOB Support.
