Error downloading Bank Feed form

I am attempting to register a bank feed.

 

When I get to the part to download the form, I just get an error message. I have restarted the browser as it suggest -  still an error.

 

My support chat is jammed on an old chat so I can't connect that way.

It will take hours if I have to ring support.

    Sorry to hear about your difficulties trying to register your bank feeds. May I know what browser we have tried to register using and have we tried using other browsers?

    It was google Chrome. But it is all working now. I'm not sure why.
