Error downloading Bank Feed form

I am attempting to register a bank feed.   When I get to the part to download the form, I just get an error message. I have restarted the browser as it suggest -  still an error.   My support cha...

Sorry to hear about your difficulties trying to register your bank feeds. May I know what browser we have tried to register using and have we tried using other browsers?

Hi Genreve,

 

It was google Chrome. But it is all working now. I'm not sure why.
