Hello,
Check for Previous Connections: Ensure that there are no residual connections from previous bank feeds. Sometimes, even after cancellation, the system might still recognize the old link.
Delete QIF Files: If you previously uploaded QIF files (bank statements) to the ledger account, you might need to delete these files. Go to the ‘Bank Transaction > Import Statement’ window and remove any QIF files connected to the ledger account.
Create a New Account: If the above steps don’t work, you might need to create a new account to link to the bank feed. This can help bypass any lingering issues from the previous connections.
Contact Support: If the problem persists, it might be necessary to contact your software’s support team. They can run a script or perform a fix on your file to resolve the issue.Best Regards
