'last reconciled balance' incorrect

Question

I transitioned to MYOB Business Pro online with an unreconciled $511.71 transaction in my petty cash account.

Now my 'last reconciled balance' is out by that amount although the statement balance and the transactions recorded are accurate. So from the statement balance at end of month to the following report the 'last reconciled balance' includes a negative $511.71 value added.

Data migration can no longer help. MYOB support by phone put me onto data migration as they couldn't help. Suggestions please?

I appreciate your reaching out. If it shows the incorrect reconciled date, complete a future-dated reconciliation and then undo. This should refresh the reconciliation page, bring up the previous reconciliations, and also refresh the calculated closing balance. In the Bank Transaction screen, filter by bank account and unallocated transactions for a wider date range, and check if there are any unallocated transactions before the last reconciled date. If it's still out of balance, I might need to dig deeper into it.&nbsp;
