Matching bank transactions

The upgrade to business has deleted some previously set up rules, but also automatically set some up to be motor vehicle expenses, but should be insurance or telephone or something else. 

Any ideas how to go though and sort out?

    Tracey,

    Thanks for the info - unfortunately didn't work.

    I have gone through manually to find problem matches - but unsure how to change these for the future transactions.

    Disappointing that there are such issues with the upgrade

    If you're having trouble with specific transactions not being automatically matched or matched incorrectly please provide details of those transactions so that I can assist further. Screenshots would be great.

     

    Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum.
