Missing transactions & unmatchable transaction

So I have an issue where I have had remittance advice for two payments both made through MYOB not direct transfer, but they are not in my bank feed, I do however have another payment that has appeared showing that it was a payment through MYOB. Is it possible that these two seperate payments from two completely seperate invoices and customers could have been combined in this one payment?? I only ask this as they add up exactly to the payment made.
