Missing transactions & unmatchable transaction

So I have an issue where I have had remittance advice for two payments both made through MYOB not direct transfer, but they are not in my bank feed, I do however have another payment that has appeare...

Hi Karen6712,

 

It sometimes happens that two separate payments with different details will show as a bulk transaction. It’s tricky to nail down exactly what’s happened here since the bank handles how those feeds show up in MYOB. You can check this help article about matching a bank feed to a multiple transaction for your reference if these bank feeds need to be allocated.
