Online Payments doubled?

Hi...I am fairly new to using MYOB and I have a frustrating problem that I just can't solve and hours of googling hasn't helped.

I have an online payment that has seemed to have come to MYOB and doubled...We only received $150 in our bank account once but the transaction has shown twice in MYOB so when I try reconcile the account for that month it puts the reconcilation over by $150 of if I only tick one I can reconcile but the other sits there and shows on the next months reconcilation...
I can't delete one it won't let me...I have spent hours trying everything to reconcile or to get rid of one of the transactions.

What can I do? Hope this all makes sense.

I need all the help I can get PLEASE...
